When stem cells are transplanted and correctly activated, the cells detect the damage and cooperate to repair it. After analysing the damage, the PRP or PPP instructs the stem cells on how to repair it. The replacement tissue for the wounded or damaged tissue is then created from the stem cells.

The end result is fresh, unharmed tissue that feels and performs as it did prior to the injury: maximal function with little discomfort.
